PEO appointment

Dear senior members,
I have booked the PEO appointment at Cryodon before more than two weeks for 1st November 2012. I got email from HO regarding my appointment confirmation but when I log in on HO and check on my account it never show this appointment.
Is it anything to worry about or it is normal.
Any help or advise appreciated.

you can confirm your appointment at applyonlinee-support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
