Tier 1 dependent Payment not debited yet

Hi All,

I have sent my child 4 yr old as Tier 1 dependant application on oct 4 by special delivery.

It reached on oct 5. I have chosen the payment as debit card. But the payment has not been debited yet.

Is is normal ?. I have checked in timelined, and most of the applications paymnet has been taken the very next day.

Is there anybody on same boat as mine?

Have you checked with your bank if a transaction for the relevant fees amount has been requested till date?

I have checked with my bank. but they have not got any request for paymnet yet.

How can I contact UKBA?. Please give me the contact number?

Is it normal to take more than a week for debiting the payment?
