thanx,
I have allready checked that, page 21 & 22, tier 2 guidence, but i am not sure that ; ( if u get paid 150, 000 and uk degree ) then u are excempted or it is just need to be a degree with salary mentioned in code of practice. Can you make me clear, i am just double minded. I think i am excempted but not 100% sure.

It is not so much you as the sponsor who has to understand whether a RLMT is required or not because in issuing the CoS they have to comply with the rules. If based on your visa details they decide that an RLMT is not required, and issue the CoS, your only concern should be to apply for T2G leave before your current leave expires.

i agree , its not my responsibity but i have to check this to make sure that i have enough time for my visa extension. at the end of interview they said that we will check that do we need Rlmt for you.
They were not sure, and i want to know this for my satisfaction, as 1 solicitor said u do not need , and 1 said yes ur employer must have to do Rlmt. Could u please tell me , i will be thankful

I'm afraid I cannot tell you more than what is in paragraph 86 of the T2 policy guidance. Give this reference to your prospective sponsor and they should be able to understand the requirements.

You can also refer your sponsor to the UKBA T2 Sponsor Guidance, paragraph 296, which contains the same information as the T2 Policy Guidance.
