problems with schengen visas for non eu spouses

Post by sarahpoole » Tue Oct 09, 2012 10:55 am

iv read so much about problems people face with schegen visas due to poor staff in third world countries embassys
Today i spoke to head of european commission in uk to ask for advice on these laws that are supposedly in place and to say these people in the embassys are not following the law.
He even quoted 'you are only meant to submit valid passports and proof of marrige, that should be efficent to issue a visa'
He going to get back to me via email.
So i thought i would post this number 02079731992 you go through to receptionist and they put you through to him.
Maybe he helps i will wait and see and post back positive or negative outcome.
