Refusal based on document verification

Post by rite » Wed Oct 10, 2012 11:04 am

The current situation is that my visa application are refused based on they are unable to verification my document, UKBA say "they get the company's telephone number from internet, then dialed this number, at last the company are not willing to verification document".

Then I searched the internet as what they did, I find that the number gotten from internet is abandoned at least for one year. In other words, These numbers are not up-to-date. They are revoked by telecom company and reassigned to another person or company. And my employer also told me that no any call was received from UKBA.

How to deal with this issue ? what kind of document (or proof) is need ?

did you do POE or you did by post?
did you use a lawyer to apply?
was your biometrics taken?

i guess you have to give them the company number in the forms for verfication of documents as specified in the form.so they should have used the number you gave them

Do Not worry? Did UKBA give you Right to Appeal?

Post by peshawari » Thu Oct 11, 2012 1:58 am

IF UKBA Give you Right to Appeal then Do not Worry?

Because Your Employer/Client will Verify the Earning and Income

Email Telephone fax are resources to confirm but they are not actual Source.

The UKBA should send Letter By Post to verify ... Or UKBA should concern with You about telephone number not working before sending you Refusal.

UKBA do not Care and not Follow Rule and Regulation Which are mad by Them..

GO to Court and Challenge that Decisions.....

Telephone Or Email or Fax do not verify Earning...

H&Revenue , Employer , Bank statement Verify Income.

as mentioned before could you please elaborate under what you applied self employed ( director / sole trader) and exact wording of the caseworker as i dont think that they would have mentioned that they took the number from the internet. I think they will call only when the number is provided by you or they will write letters to the clients in case the number is not provided.

Could you please write the exact wordings of the case worker so that its easy to give you suggestions by members in this forum,
thanks
