my wife has yet to file her uk FLRM but i wondered if anyone has filed there I-130 to the us embassy in london when there wife wasnt a resident.AND COULD I FILE WHEN MY WIFE GETS HER 2 YEAR LEAVE TO REMAIN STAMP.?????/

I see that you haven't gotten a reply yet. The UK is pretty stringent in their requirements of filing the I-130. You should be able to find some answers to this by visiting here
