Craxy, if you sent them a letter, I am sure they will send you the COA soon !! Just give them time...

Hi ruben7, yes I did the same, I sent them a very polite letter. lets see now. Hopefully should get it in the next two weeks

I did the same, have sent them a letter asking for CoA, last week, still waiting... Fingers crossed... Hopefully gonna get it next week as I need it for a job as well

Was calling them today, a lady on a phone was rude and didn't give me an information regarding my CoA, just simple answer you have to wait and I'm sure you gonna get it soon....
Sometimes, they are soooooooooooo Rude, but will update you guys as soon will receive a CoA....

my time schedule are:
sent application: 2nd of July
received by HO: 3rd of July
send a letter asking for CoA 31st of August
received document back: 12th of September (asking more evidence)
re-submitted application: 18th of September
sent a letter asking for CoA 6th of October
CoA: still waiting
RC: still waiting

Well we sent them the letter over a week ago so yes, perhaps they are going to send it to you really soon

Fingers crossed !!

Have you applied for any jobs and the employers would not hire you without the COA

Hello All, My husband received his RC yesterday!! I have been reading this post for the last 3 months and your comments have been really helpful.
I would like to share his timeline:

EEA2 sent on 28/06 HO received 29/06
COA received 29/09 dated 25/09
RC received 12/10 dated 02/10

3 months and 13 days! We did not use solicitor and did never call them.

It seems that July people are having a good week! I got mine COA yesterday

hi,everyone...just to update on my application..i am very much pleased and happy as i receieved my COA just 4 days after application...

6th october application sent

8th october HO received

COA recieved 15th october dated 11 october..

RC-waiting(hope it will arrive a fast as my COA did)fingers crossed

Sadly, I am still waiting, and haven't received anything in the post yet.

Hi Guys I would like to share my timeline with you:

Application sent to HO:21-Aug-12
Received by HO:22-Aug-12
Sent Letter asking for COA on 25 -Sep-12
Sent another letter plus 3 emails asking for COA around 20 September until 1st october
Called 7 times

then gave them a break of a week and the letter came..

COA Received 15 - Oct - 2012 dated 11 - Oct - 2012
RC ??

I need this not for work as I already have sponsor visa , but I'm buying a house with my wife and the bank is asking for prove of residence.. so I sent it today to the bank.. now fingers crossed and hope they accept it

Thank you all, it's been very helpful, but frustrating at some times as some people got it really quick and your mind only thinks bad things... anyways...

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that my COA arrived this morning with the right to work.
I called them once and I wrote a letter to them once.

Now just waiting for the RC...lets hope it comes before christmas
