Tier 1 depenedent visa confusion

Hi,

I am on tier 1 visa from 2009 and will complete 3 yrs on in oct. I am planning to go to india for 2-3 months for marriage. I know I willl have to come back to post my latest bank statements to my wife so that she can apply from india.

1)If I am outside UK for more than 2 months then will I still come under the category of "tier 1 migrant in uk for less than 12 months"?
2) How much maintenance funds does my wife and I need to show?
3) Can she apply for a tourist visa and come with me and then she applies directly for dependent visa in the UK?
