FLR (M) application

Hi,

I am going to apply for ILR in Dec 2012 under tier 2 ICT category.
My wife came to UK in May 2011 on a dependent visa.
We have recently renewed our visa in Sep 2012.

I am going to apply for FLR(M) for my wife in Dec 2012 (after my ILR).
What documents I need for FLR (M) ? Can we apply for ILR for her in May 2013 ?
