2 questions- form for HSMP ext / Expired ILETS certificate

Just curious to find out
If a Person is applying for HSMP extension which form is to be used if any one can create a link; i would appreciate that.

Secondly wana know can one show an expired ILETS (Expired Nov 2003)
as an english language proficeincy proof coz i understand that getting a letter from univeristy (out of UK) while in UK is bit diff so can one send an expired ILETS with a original degree. ANY Thoughts Guys !

The IELTS test should not be more than two years old.

I understand from the guidance notes that if you are applying for Initial HSMP then ILETS should not be more than two years old- It must be valid; but if you are already granted a EC under HSMP and you are applying for FLR- ILETS with more than two year old will also be accepted.

AM i right. Any comments will be helpful. I need clearification on this issue .

I have an ILETS which expired in Dec 2003. Will this suffice the requirement for extension ya i need to submitted the fresh one.
