British Citizenship for Wife

Dear all

I would be grateful if someone can shed their expert advise :

I and my wife were both granted ILR in Feb 2012 (my wife had residence of 3 years and me on 5 year rule)

Can we both apply for naturalisation together in Feb 2013 or First I have to apply and when I become a British citizen, only then can my wife apply

Please help with the above dilemma as the first option is obviously very attractive !!
