Earning - Can we request them to use past conversion rates?

Based on the fluctuation in the exchange or conversion rate of Pak Rupees (PKR) relative to the British Pound Streling (GBP), I would like to request to assess my total monthly salary commensurate with the valuation rate for the given months the salary was awarded and the associated conversion rate at that time.

Is that possible ? If yes, How to do so?
