workpermit to workpermit switch

Hi,
I am on a workpemit since 2 years in UK(seconded to work hereO
Now i am changing my employer and will get a new work permit.
The question is will my 2 years count towards ILR or will the clock be reset?
If it counts then do i need any documentation from my first employer towards ILR(apart from the original work permit)?

No, your ILR clock will not be reset. As far as I know you don't need anything from the employer.

Your 2 yrs previously will be counted towards ILR (no clock resetting). No other requirements from prev employer.
