typo while booking PEO appointment online

I think that I entered all of my details correctly when I booked my PEO appointment, but I'm not positive. How do I double check?

Call them and they can check it out for you. You can find the number in confirmation email. Good luck

you will have a written proof that your entries were correct.

Email at above id and you will get a reply within three working days[usually]. After i booked my peo i was in doubt whether i booked it for set[o] or something else so i mailed them. here is their reply from "Apply Online E-Support ":

Dear XX XX


Thank you for your e-mail of 15th October 2012.



We can confirm your appointment is a Set(O) family, scheduled for XX XX at 2012 at 11:05 at XXXX PEO.

Hi, Tejomon. I know that you mentioned that they usually respond within 3 business days, but how long did it take them to respond to you? (I just get really impatient when it comes to these things.) I tried ringing them again today on my mobile but didn't want to be on hold for too long because of the cost.

I am also in same situation, sent 2 days before; no response from UKBA!

I Just got back, but is not clear about details are correct as mentioned in mail or we amended.

The content is,

Dear ...,
Thank you for your email dated ...

We can confirm that you can still attend your appointment as your official supporting documents will be seen at your PEO appointment.

Hi, Rockwell. I sent them an email last Saturday, but they still haven't responded yet. Are you going to follow up with them via email or phone?

Hi,

Only through email. I will try by phone and update.

From the above response we can come to any conclusion.

a) Though your entry in PEO booking is different, you can attend with all your original documents where we (UKBA) work with supporting document.

b) Response not relevant to qs, mean even if i go with this printout of email, case worker will debate... it doesnot say... your mistakes get corrected in our system!

Still I sent a response to above UKBA reply. I will update soon.

Hi,
I called UKBA enquiry and the response is...

If your first name/ last name and date of birth + number of dependents are correct, you can proceed without any problem.

Still if you want to confirm, please call 0870 606 7766 Option 4

along with,

Booking Reference Number
Date,
PEO location.

But it take minimum 20mts, someone to pick the call.

Below is the mail response from UKBA for my mail,

The Apply Online E-Support Team are unable to rectify if any spelling errors you may have made entering your details. However your supporting documents containing the correct spelling of your name will be accepted at the booked appointment

The online support team responded a short while ago. They wrote the following:



Dear XXXXX:

Thank you for your email of 20th October 2012.

We have checked the appointment calendar and can confirm that your name and date of birth are correct.
