Tier 1 Extension OR ILR ?

I am holding Tier 1 Migrant Visa , which expires on 15th March 2013. ( on 25th April 2013 , my Visa duration would be 5 years. But i have stayed 114 days out of UK.)

I am looking for below mentioned information :

1. Correct me if I am wrong , I need to apply for Tier 1 Visa Extension ?
2. If Visa Category under which I need to apply,has been changed then please tell me what that would be.
3. I understand that one can apply for PR once one has finished 5 years in UK ( of which one can stay 6 month out of UK) , I have been out of UK 114 days.
So , now I need to apply for Visa extension or PR ?

From To
Original Visa 12/03/2008 -> 12/03/2010
Entered UK 26/04/2008
Second Visa Extension 15/03/2010 -> 15/03/2013

Not necessarily. You meet the 'entry within 90 days of EC' rule, and you seem to meet the 5 year continuous leave. Based on what you have given, your dates show a 'overstay' on 13/3/2010 and 14/3/2010, coincidentally they are Saturday and Sunday. But you would definitely be off hooks if you have evidence of when the visa extension application was made. If you meet these two tests, your 5 year count begins with your initial EC stamp date 12/3/08
