Hi

Can you please let me know the documents required for tier1 general dependant visa to be applied from outside UK ?.I am running a limited company and any documents to be produced from company side?

I was confused about the maintenance funds .I am living in the UK more than 12 months.

Maintenance funds:

Do I need to show myself 900 +each dependent 533 =1433

or myself 533 +dependent 533 =1066

Please let me know

show that you have £800 available in personal savings, if you apply before 14 June 2012; or
show that you have £900 available in personal savings, if you apply on or after 14 June 2012.

Since you said

I am living in the UK more than 12 months.

it is 900 + 533 for people applying outside UK irrespective of whether the main applicant (not the dependent) is currently in the UK or not.

Assuming if you have previously stayed in the UK for over 12 months, Suppose if you got married today and tomorrow if you apply for visa from a non european country, then your visa fees would be

900 + 533

Else if you have stayed for less than 12 months in UK, then the fees would be
900 + 1600

You need show only maintenance for anyone making an application. If the PBS migrant is not, himself, making an application at the same time as the PBS dependant, then only the PBS dependant maintenance is necessary. Probably the single most often requested information on this forum (and perhaps others).
