Dependent VISA Right to Work

Hi, i'm currently waiting on a Tier 2 ICT Visa. However, the plan is to have my fiance apply as a Tier 1 dependent. My question is whether or not she has the right to work in the UK if she is approved and receives her dependent visa.

If you are a Tier 2 migrant, how can your fiance apply as a Tier 1 dependant?

Anyhow, PBS dependant leave is the same for every one applying as a dependant of a PBS (Tier 1 , 2 , PSW, ......all tiers) migrant.

Hi sushdmehta, thanks for the reference. After a read, its still not quite clear to me on whether or not a PBS dependent does have a right to work in the UK. Any clarification you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

No restriction other than "no employment as doctor / dentist in training".
If 319D(b)(iii) is fulfilled then no restriction at all.
