could you please confirm this? it is from my accountant for HSMP to Tier 1 to ILR

Dear Sir,
RE: Mr XXXX XXXXX
We act as accountants for Mr XXXX XXXXX T/A IT Consultants who is the sole proprietor and therefore the sole beneficiary for the earnings from the business. We confirm that Mr XXXX XXXXX has earnings of £27,343.20 (Twenty seven thousand three hundred and forty three pounds and 20p only) for the period Oct 2011 to September 2012. This consists of gross salaried income of £24,590.63 and net profit of £2,752.57 from his trading income for the year ended 05/04/12 accounts enclosed. We have also verified the amount received from his salaried income to his personal bank statements. The sales receipt for the last 12 months is £8,749.90 and we have verified this to his PayPal statements & bank accounts. Please find enclosed schedule of all amounts received for the periods in question. We have also prepared accounts & self assessment for the period ending 05th April 2012. Please find enclosed a copy of the accounts & copy of tax return. Please find enclosed detailed breakdown of income in enclosed sheet. We trust the above information is to your satisfaction however; should you require any clarification at all, please do not hesitate to contact us on 020 XXXX XXXXX. Why have you stated " sole proprietor" .,,, hmm not sure if it matters ,, you can simply say its Ltd company and you have 100 percent entitlement to the funds..

The letter looks ok but I must say that I d rather have the lettr without the below ...nor it it matters that much but just a thought id share with you "

Forgot to ask is this a registered LTD company ?? Or are you simply registered as Self Employed
