ILR PEO appointment - 30 days in advance?

Hi,

I have booked an appointment for ILR - PEO - Liverpool for myself and 2 dependents on 31st Oct 2012.

I was initially from HSMP and renewed to Tier 1 general
My EC - Dec 1 2007
My renewal to Tier 1 - Dec 1 2009
My visa exp date - Dec 1 2012

I see that i need an appointment only 28 days in advance. In my case it might come to 2nd Nov 2012. However i booked the appointment for 31st Oct 2012 coz that's the only one i got.

Will there be any chance of them accepting my application? I see in some threads where people were suggesting submitting the forms and then collecting it 2 days after from when we would be eligible? Is this possible?

I tried today from 12midnight to 3am and did not get any slots - i tried from a different id.

Could you please guide me? It is so stressful and depressing

But your one seems to be one day earlier.

Too late. Slots are available 42 days in advance. So earliest slots may available now for 4th December. However always people cancell their appointments. Try Liverpool and sheffield.

Many thanks for the responses. After constantly checking the UKBA site, i got an appointment in Sheffield on Nov 19th. I cancelled my old appointment now.

My appointment is on 14th Sheffield. Not that much feed back from sheffield but for your Peace of mind recent two success on same category

Just wanted to update this forum

i went to Sheffield as planned and got my ILR approved.
My case is same as the story mentioned here

and it went well smoothly.

Some suggestions

1) Your accountant statement is the most critical one if you are having limited company. I arranged docs for each month like - payslip, div voucher, bank statements - personal & business. Looks like they have not opened that set completely but accountant letter yes

2) Life in UK test result

3) Application and photos.

Looks like they haven't checked anything else (may be randomly 1 or 2 months but not each one of them). Coz some of the docs were kept in the same position when i gave them.
