Tier 2 ICT - Leave Termination

Hi,

I was in the UK on a Tier 2 ICT Short Term staff.

The visa is valid till Jan 2013, but I returned to my country in July 2012 and don't intend to go back to the UK in the current leave.

Now the question is : due to introduction of 'Cooling Off' period applicable on the same type of VISA if applied again. Since I returned without using the full VISA tenure hence should my Company be informing the UKBA about the early termination of my current leave in UK (July 12 instead of Jan 13).

If yes, then please point me towards the exact rule so that I can share that with my company HR and they can inform the UKBA. Otherwise my cooling off period would be calculated from Jan 13 till Jan 14 instead of July 12 to July 13.
