I'm not sure if I am under the new rules or not; we were married in 2011.

Do I need to earn a certain amount or have a certain amount? I am not working at the moment, but have £250'000 in savings. Do I still need to earn a certain amount?

Your year of wedding has nothing to do with what immigration rules may apply to you.
