HSMP Extension Documentation - comments please

Time flies and renewal is around the corner......

Below is my suggested submission documentation (feel free to add/change/improve whatever you wana do!)

1). Covering letter + FLR (IED) + ppt

2) Contract of employment + Salary review letter on company letter head( salary >30K p.a) - in permanent employment. Include e-mails sent to me regarding jobs from www.totaljobs.com

3). Payslips (7 or 8 pay slips)

4). Bank Statements (for 6 months - average balance ranges from 1500 to 2500) - last statement would have about £3,500 balance

5). Letters addressed to company for my attention requesting for quotes/accepting tenders etc) - about 20 letters.

6)Business Card

7)Evidence of home ownership - Highlighted mortgage transactions on bank statement, Buildings insurance documentation, bank advise letters regarding interest rate increases

- Staff list showing my level in the company + Company brochure - is this necessary???


9). I can do covering letter on company letter head - is this necessary???

I don't think the above would be necessary if you have a item # 2 & 5.

Item no. 9 is not necessary. You can do it on a plain paper.

I guess, you could also attach Credit Card statements, utility bills.. if any.
(just additional evidence on economic activity...)

Credit card bills, utility statements etc. do not show economic activity - apart from showig that you are borrowing money and that you have somewhere to reside...

Organogram showing level in company demonstrates your 'importance' and secondly in the FLR (IED) form - you need to specify the number of staff in the company or the number of staff you employ

IMHO, its your convering letter for personal business so it'd be appropriate to have it on a plain paper than company letterhead unless a companys' personnel makes a statement about your application on the letterhead(like a reference letter) and you already have their reference letters.
