SET(O) Form - Question D2 - Over 180days outside UK

Hi,

I am filling out the SET(O) form at the moment. I came here in the UK under HSMP, later on extended under Tier1.

My stay outside the UK is over 180 days, around 300 days. However, all of the stay outside UK is either PAID leaves or business travel, all under single employment. I will be attaching letter from employer about the travel done for company.

Since my first entry, there have been only 50 days before the start of employment that were not paid.

So, in this case, do i need "YES" or "NO" under question "D2" of the SET(O) form? If yes, what should I write in question "D3".

Please advice or share experience.
