HI ………..MY TIME LINE IS AS FOLLOWED…………….
1. Current visa: Tier-1 General
2. Date of expiry of current leave: 04-11-2012
3. Application form used for ILR: SET (O)
4. Number of dependants applying at same time: 1
5. Date application Submitted: 21-05-2012 POE (Croydon)(5 years completed on 2nd April 2012. I won the apeal in my extension, thats why i have more six months leave.
6. Date application received at UKBA: 21-05-2012
I showed income from employment, and self employment as well. It is easily complete my income points.
7. Date payment debited: 21-05-2012
8. Payment mode : DEBIT CARD
9. Acknowledgement letter given : 21-05-2012 (Letter dated 21-05-2012)
10. Biometric done same day : 21-05-2012
11. Date of approval: Still Waiting
12. Date of return of passport and other documents: Waiting
13. Date BRP ILR Received: Still waiting

hi today on 25th october i have received a letter from ukba dated 19th october asking me for further letters of utility bills etc for last 2 years with my wife's joint names, and asked the letters shuld post within 14 days........

(Q-1) i wanted to ask anybody knows when 14 days start from 19th oct or 25th oct when i received the letter....................

....(Q-2)i have further one question ...in my application i did not sent my son's application, but his visa is expiring on 4th of nov. i thought i will direct apply for his naturalization when i will get ilr. now if i do not receive my ilr before 4th nov 2012 , will he be overstayer. should i aplly for him before 4th nov for ilr . my son is 3 years old and born in uk. he had one extension with me in 2009.....should i apply for him for ilr or wait for my decesion and then apply for his registration..........

...(Q-3) and last when my decesion can be made is time near or???????????????????? thanks indeed...
