42 days confusion with peo appointment

I wanted to book peo appointment on first week of December. So logged in to UK BA site last night. God! it was difficult to get through. The site was mostly down from 00.00 to 01.00. But I just got though once and to my surprise three appointments were available on 3rd Dec 2012. As per http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html, 25 Oct + 42 days is Thursday, December 6, 2012. How am I seeing Dec 3 appointments, is it because some one else cancelled it?

Also I read in this forum that people have seen appointments in other times as well. Any one know if it is cancelled appointments appearing or appointments are released in batches through out the day?

I was also trying to book from multiple tabs in my browser simultaneously from same login. Does any one know whether it will improve the possibility of getting an appointment or will it actually work against? I mean the UK BA server may track how many sessions are open per login and block/limit number of sessions per login?

If you try by today (25-Oct-2012) night 00:00, you will get fresh slot for 7 Dec 2012 (it will be 42+1 days calculation).

If you get dates lesser than 07Dec, means people booked 07 Dec slot through 'Reschedule' and you are getting those slots.

I am sure, you can not see anything greater than 06Dec till today night

UKBA release Saturday slots (Glasgow work on saturday in nov & dec) on day time.

I am not sure about multi-session handling for single user.

These are my findings/ experience in past 3 weeks! Please share/ correct if anything wrong.

Thanks rockwell31 for your reply. I did manage to see slots on 7th of dec early thing morning (00:30~). But before I could book connection went off. Since Dec 8 & 9 are sat & sunday, when will Dec 10 appointment made available, oct 27? am I correct?

No. you need to try by 28 Oct - 23:50.

Because if you calculate 26 / 27 Oct , it will be Sat (08 Dec)& Sun (09 Dec). So you no need to try by today.

Again this is my thought/experience. If anyone has different thought/ experience, pls correct/ share.
