Name on Naturalization certificate

Can i change the order of name on passport that is First name in place of middle name vice verse but the last name remain the same

Birth Certificate: One Two Surname
Naturalization certificate: One Two Surname
Nationality Passport: One Two Surname

As per British passport, can i change the first name to second name and second name to first name i.e. Two One Surname

it is the same names but rearranged. For example

Victoria Patricia Patel. Patel is the last name

But on the British passport i want it to be

Patricia Victoria Patel
