After two weeks still not have received acknowledgement

Hi friends ,

I posted my application on 12th October for enterprenuer visa but still not have received any letter from ukba . Is any body else in same situation. It looks very late to me as i have not received even acknowledgem. Please share . Mode of payment is bankers draft.
