ILR - Over 6 Month in 5 year period

Post by aneel_07 » Sat Oct 27, 2012 4:12 pm

Hello ALL

I am out of UK for more than 180 days , I stayed out for 221 days. Among them I had to spend 2 trips out for 78 days and 38 days in a year, where I had a family emergency. My dad had a brain surgery, which made me stay out for so many days.

Below are my dates of travel since 27/11/2007(my first HSMP)

------------------------------ DIFF Days OutSide UK
01/12/2007 18/02/2008 79; 78 [Family Emergency]
08/06/2008 16/07/2008 38; 37 [Family Emergency]
23/07/2008 26/07/2008 3; 2
22/11/2008 08/12/2008 16; 15
21/02/2009 01/03/2009 8; 7
17/07/2009 10/08/2009 24; 23
26/05/2010 02/06/2010 7; 6
17/10/2010 01/11/2010 15; 14
28/11/2010 06/12/2010 8; 7
06/02/2011 07/03/2011 29; 28
25/06/2011 27/06/2011 2; 1
02/06/2012 06/06/2012 4; 3

Can you please advice if this is going be a problem for my application

I making an ILR application on 7th Nov 2012

Many Thanks!

as no holidays you took were for more than 90 days I think you should be okay. better go prepared with documentary evidence if required.

I would apply After 18th February 2013 if I were you; it's very suspicious to arrive on the 27th November and go out straight away on the 1st December 2007.

If you apply before ensure you have a valid reason and enough evidence for your first trip.
