HSMP Application forms

Hey Guys urgently need your help, about to apply this week.
I went to http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk/workin ... forms.html
to download the HSMP Form but form is not available instead when you click on Form you get the Guidance Notes ????
Could you pleaase advise if there is another link for Application forms

Very strange. This was used to be the link to the HSMP form:

For some reasons they have removed it form their web site.

It's not on their official web site yet, but I sort of hacked the URL, try following to get it:

http://uk.sitestat.com/homeoffice/ind/s ... s_type=pdf

DISCLAIMER: I can't guarantee that it will be the same HSMP form as the previous one, because the name of the file is changed from hsmp1form.doc to hsmp1form1.doc.

the new HSMP form tht s available on this link is not Editable, it s locked by them.
Now we will have to fill it by pen :(

Open it up in MS Word, then go to menu Tools->Options->Security->Click on Unprotect Document

Its not yet password protected :-)
