my one friend husband have nationality and she and her daughter dint have and now her husband is dead on 11 this month so what is process to get nationality how his wife can get nationality and his daughter too show all process and they are in pakistan and daughter age is 14 year and they visit uk on spouse visit tell me process asap plz thanks

Where was daughter born?
Is the husband her father?

When was "spouse visa" issued? Is it a "spouse visa" or a "visit visa"?
Does the daughter have any visa already?
Has the wife already been in the UK with her husband?

daughter born in pakistan her age is 14 year old husband only uk national marrige duration 20 year daughter and wife spend time in uk many time i think both got visit visa

If, and only if, the husband had British nationality at the time of the daughter's birth, then the daughter is British "by descent". Otherwise she has no claim to be British. I don't know of any law that entitles the wife to British nationality.
