MN(1) acknowledgment addressed to whom?

Post by imran22 » Fri Nov 02, 2012 9:28 am

Hello members,

Can somebody please confirm if the MN(1) acknowledgment letter is addressed to the parent rather than the child? Me and my son has different surnames so the letter is addressed as follows

Mr. S Imran Hafeez (My name)
80 Xyz Street
London

RE: Master Imran (My son’s surname)

Thanks for your help

dude they cant address a letter to an infant or a Minor (per say) hence it is addressed to the legal guardian or the other way is to address to the minor but then specify C/O (care Off) legal guardain
