HSMP qualification points

I have a BSc in Physics from Univ of Calcutta , India and BTech in Instrumentation Engg from Univ of Calcutta , India . So Do these both degrees qualify as a Bachelor degree or Professional qualification for my B Tech . Please do let me know .
