unless you are 100% confident your academic institution + qualification is on the NARIC database, i would be contacting NARIC and getting letter first.
Many people from India/Pakistan seem to be getting rejection over this.

CCNA/MSCD courses etc are not academic qualifications, nor are they equivalent - so they wont add any benefit to a HSMP application

i agree with 007 re: earnings.
I would also attach original bank statements.
And ensure the payslips show who the person is that signed them (i.e. director of company for example)

Thanks gents for your valuable comments.

Well, I've been assured that my institute is on the NARIC Database, but yes u people are right to eliminate all possible chances of rejection.

Secondly, yes I agree that CCNA & other professional certifications & courses did not counted as professional qualification, but I've been told that it may add more weight to the application (for which I personally don't agree but...... I got bit confused.... that’s why I asked u people).

Lastly, my salary slips were signed by payroll accountant..... no one else can sign it ..... not even HR Manager..... thou I got my HR Manager’s letter confirming all my gross income of the claimed earning period.....
Apart from these evidences.... I don't know how I can make it more concrete.

Valuable comments are requested.

i guess payroll accountant would be fine, so long as it states "payroll accountant" under signature. i.e. HO dont want to just see a signature (which could be the signature of your neighbour for all they know unless it is stated)

CCNA etc might have added weight with previous (pre Dec 2006) HSMP criteria - when you had to prove experience. They are not interested in experience now.
Just:
Age
Academic quals
Earnings
English

Include income tax returns for previous earnings section whether or not it covers the entire claim period.

Dears,

As I've told earlier that I m now delaying my application and now I'll file it almost by end of Feb as soon as I get NARIC comparability letter.

One thing came in my mind about Past Earning period that I m claiming earning period from 1-Jan-06 till 31-Dec-06 now as I m delaying for a month, shall I've to change this earning period or the same period is fine cause I think, I m not violating the condition of past 12 months earning out of 15 months. Also if I change the earning period, i've again have to beg HRO Manager for a Salary certificate and salary slip attestation.

Your valuable comments are solicited.

Cheers,

Raw,

Theoretically you can use the salary period from your current application, however, It may seem more logical and simple (to a caseworker) to have the recent 12 months evidence of salary.

I can understand that this may involve a bit of effort on your part to get documents/signatures, but It might be worth the effort to make a water-tight case for yourself....

The NARIC effort too would be worth it, Trust me :)

All the very best...

Dear Friends,

After a wait of two months I now collated all the relevant docs suggested by you valuable members and as per guidance note. With adjustments in income period i.e. now from Mar 06 till Feb 07 and inclusion of NARIC assessment letter, I m now ready to submit my application of HSMP by next two days. All my evidences are same with new income period, inclusion of Bank statement and Naric letter.

Brief Evidence List:

Qualification (30 pts)
- MBA IT and transcript
- BCS and transcripts
- NARIC letter confirming MBA equivalent to UK bachelors

Income (45 pts) (from Mar 06 to Feb 07)
- Past 12 month salary slip signed and stamped by HRO manager
- Letter by HRO Manager detailing all my monthly remunerations
- Financial year 2005-6 ITR stamped
- Bank statement of claimed period

Age (20 pts) (26 year)
- Original Birth certificate and its notarized English translation
- Original Driving license
- Notarized copy of Passport

English Language requirement
- Original IELTS result sheet confirming overall band of 7.5

These are all documents I m attaching and hope I've not missed anything. Valuable comments will be welcomed.

Cheers,
RAW
