discretionary leave

Hi could someone tell me how long it takes to process discretionary leave.application been submitted in june 2012 still waiting.

Applications within the rules meet a set of conditions, tick a series of boxes, and are issued; average times can be seen on the UKBA site. By definition, a DL application is not within any stated rules or guidelines so it's not possible to know how long an individual application may take (even when the situation has been elaborated to well-informed members of this forum, which clearly yours has not).
