Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I contacted my lawyer who made the case for me but says he is unable to do anything until full 24 weeks have gone.

Also I have been told it is better waiting full 120 working days. ANYONE IN MAY LEFT STILL or is it me.

If I was in your position I would contact ukba, but I suppose waiting a little longer won't hurt because 24 weeks has become the norm.

your 120 working days or 24 weeks will complete on and around 23rd November. because there were lots of holidays in between I believe. Hopefully you will get an awnser soon.

May applicants are getting their answers now. i know of a family members who's wife got her visa today. She applied on 28 may at ISL. Dont lose hope you will hear soon.

Relax folks why a the arguing? It's like a pantomime this thread with king2be being made out to be the villain lol... He is right though every case is different so some will take longer than others, each Eco is different some may take longer than others.

Cases might get processed depending on when recieved but there is no way all cases will take the same time to complete, which explains why there are variances

Also king2be a few pages back u are talking about cases going to Abu Dhabi.. I can assure u no cases are handled in Abu Dhabi any more, they have eco's in Islamabad now who deal with settlement cases. I have had it from ukba that no cases are sent to Abu Dhabi or Croydon any more.

Anyway all just relax, I was prob more impatient than all of you but the fighting and arguing does not serve the purpose of this forum, which is to help and advise.

hopefully me and wife will go tommorrow.

Just to clarify why is timing between 2Pm-3PM. as i need to travel long distance.

I can't believe it. One of my mother's friends... her daughter applied on 7th July and she got RFC this morning. Alhamdullilah anything is possible.

VFS Global website has been updated... looks nicer now.

No, don't lose hope. Every case is different. The July applicant applied for the third time, this why her case was dealt with differently I presume. Just keep doing dua.

I am very disappointed by UKBA's progress. Its 2nd week after eid holidays but not a single June applicant has recieved RFC.

Its just shambolic and ridiculous

(To add to it, my missus is 4 months pregnant, with her parents gone off to hajj, it's really difficult for her. Make dua)

My wife submitted her app on the 12/06/12 @ Islamabad and thers been no updates.

We have hit 21 weeks and we are still waiting.

2 weeks ago it was looking like they were going through the applications really quickly but aftre Eid it has slowed down completly again.

May Allah make it easy on you and your wife but u aint alone bro.

ammar91. Inshallah everything will be fine, try not to stress too much, just pray for yourself. I am sure that your visa will be accepted soon, I think in your situation i would find out from the airlines up to how many months can mrs travel because i think its 5 months...i may be wrong.You don't know when you will get the answer end of november or december, don't forget they have christmas off.
Get in touch with your local mp tell him your situation as you need to be with her in her condition, you don't wanna get visa then airlines say no. I hope you understand what i am trying to say, i think you have a good case to find out about your visa before 24 weeks deadline, or it may help them make their decision quicker. I was just trying to help you with your situation.

Reading from a previoust post, a June applicant did get a response applied from mirpur, but it is strange that no June applicants have got a response recently..ukba might be looking at June batch now so us June applicants should inshallah hear soon.
