Confused regarding Job Role.

Hi,

My question is, if I am director of a company, my role will be Director, and I am the only member of the company (100% share holder). In this case, how can I show a job role as Web Developer etc (to satisfy HO requirements for job roles).

I would really appreciate your kind opinions on the above situation.

A director of a company is not necessarily involved in the running of the company. A director can just be attending all the board meetings. You need to have a specialist job role that fits well with the nature of your business. This is UKBA's requirement and it'll be better if you follow their procedures rather than questioning them. Lucapooka has already answered your questions. Follow the link that he's provided and if you already know about it, pick a job title and proceed with your visa application.

As above suggested by experts, UKBA'S requirement is apart from owning a company you should be playing an active role such as web designer in your case. it is clearly mentioned and example is given in above given link if you go through it. you will clearly understand what will be your job apart from owning the company.
