Document checklist FLR(M)

Hello,
I would be applying for my FLR (M) next week.
These are the documents that I would be submitting.

1. Completed FLR(M) form
2. 3 photographs- 2 of mine and 1 of my husband's
3. IELTS certificate.
4. 12 month bank statements- sponsors
5. 12 month payslips- sponsors
6. Council tax bill- 1
7. Telephone and internet bill- 1
8. Joint bank statements- 1
9. My bank statements for 3 months.
10. Joint tenancy agreement.
11. Marriage certificate.
12. Marriage invitation.
13. UK NARIC certificate stating that my degree is comparable to a UK degree.

Anything else that I need to submit? Help will be appreciated.

I think you need to define what category of leave you are claiming? Do you fall under the transition arrangements or will this be under the new settlement rules?

If you have existing threads that have this information, it would obviously be better to continue your questions there.

I am applying as a dependent of a settled person.
My husband got his ILR recently.
I got leave to remain as a dependent of tier 1 on in dec 2011 and I came to the UK in April 2012-- 92 days after my visa was granted. Would it matter?

Yes, it would matter greatly as the requirements under the new rules are very different, and you would not qualify for those rules based on the list you have provided. That is why I asked; it was not intended to frustrate you. The information you get out of this community is only as good as the information you give.

Hey, when I said would it matter, I meant if it matters that I came in 92 days late and am I eligible for FLR M because of that. Don't get me wrong.

Your delayed entry in to UK as a dependant has nothing to do with your FLR(M) application.
