Hi

thanks for ur sugesstions. I have got my approval letter.
I have done my Masters in UK and my visa is expiring on 31st Jan 2007. i called the home office and they said my passport should lie with them before 31st

Just wanted to know what documents to send along with the FLR (HSMP) form. and i should use the FLR(HSMP) form ?? isnt it???

pls help me in sending the crt details along with the original FLR(HSMP) form.

also do i need to send the original approval letter. ???

Well, I am not sure about FLR process in general but yes, I am sure about presenting the original approval letter.

thats the right form, and it tells you what you need to submit in Section 11.

you will need to submit bank statements again (or other proof), possibly only 3 months worth - just to show that you have some $$$ currently in bank account to support yourself.

Dont need to send HSMP approval letter, they dont ask for it and will have it on record at HO. You just need the HSMP reference number (which goes on the FLR(HSMP) application form).
