Hi,
I am trying to book the Premium Service booking for my ILR at PEO. My ILR is due in end JAN or early FEB 2013.
I am not able to book the appointment online. Keep getting the message "no appointment available for selected dates" or "technical problem .."
Does anybody experiencing same ??? whats happening???
Thanks

Appointments are only released onto the system 42 days ahead. You won't find slots showing up for Jan/Feb of next year.

Thanks for reply!
that means from today/current date till 42 days ahead?
I understand the gap b/w start and end date should not be more than 42 days. I am able to see 2nd FEB 2013 as end date and starting from 2nd JAN 2013 and cannot able to find appointment
I just tried at 00:00:15 and UKBA website keeps crashing
Please clarify this 42 days thing
thanks

January appointments won't show on the system yet...only slots from today's date to 42 days ahead.

post the exact date which you want to book and someone on the forum will advise you about the exact time and date when you should start looking for the slot.

Do you have a booked appointment showing in your account when you sign/log into the UKba website? You will see reschedule option there. Pretty straight forward after that.

I do have a book appointment and a option to reschedule and cancel. But my main worry is that can I change date and peo, because I might or might not get my bank statment before my appointment and I don't to travel to glasgow.I'm very much concern about to get new slot.I tried almost 16 nights to get the slot.I got lucky four or five times but submitting the all thedetails with three dependants took time and slot were desappear.
Pls correct me if I'm wrong
1 find new appointment
2go to reschedule
3 confirm
I don't want to take a chance by typing all the details of me and my dependants.what I have mention above is that correct or I'm missing something.
Thanks

you don't have to type your details again if you are trying to reschedule, at least thats how the system works till now. Secondly, already booked appointment wont be cancelled until the new appointment slot is allocated to you. So, you don't need to worry in case your new appointment does not go through in time and it is already taken by someone else while you are trying to book it- your old appointment will stay intact.

1. if you have Glasgow appointment, then if necessary it is worth the travel. 'You have come this far, and this close'.
2. could you elaborate on your bank statement problem. sometimes it is easier to resolve peripheral issues.

Hi
My entry clearance date is 6th Feb 2008 and entered to uk on 9th April 2008. when should l need to try to book a pEO appointment. I tried last couple of nights just to check whether appointment would be available or not. I kept everything blank for the required date an avaiability. Some appointment should appear for next 42day but everytime it says technical error, unfortunately appointment unavialble try other PEO. Am I missing here something?
Thanks

Only the numpties at HO IT department can come up with an explanation for this
