sponsorship undertaking

I have a quick question, Do I have to provide a sponsorship undertaking? is this a requirement for a spouse visa under the new rules?

I would imagine by Certified you mean should be signed in front of an official personal i.e. a solicitor etc.

When I submitted VISA application as a Sponsor, I also did this in front of a solicitor who then signed and stamped the document to confirm that this was done 'officially'. I would imgine this won't cost antyhgin above £10 or so.
