Which Agency to Choose?

Post by danandnat » Tue Oct 17, 2006 5:43 pm

Dear All,

Myself and my partner have begun the long process of migrating to australia, and have just spoken to our first Immigration Consutlant. Their fee not including any additional costs is £1500 + vat. Is this reasonable, or can anyone recommend any other agencies?

Many Thanks,

Dan (& Nat)

Not had many replies!!!

I'd like to know how other people have progressed with their applications?

The company in question is called Global Visa.

Surely someone must have something useful to say?

I have used Named OISC advisors before for UK visa related stuff and found them to be quite good - I think £1500 is a fairly standard price amongst agencies

Hi there,

I am currently applying for migration to Australia.

I have appointed migration agent from Australia. I deal with them online.
Their total fees including payments to DIMA and skill assessment bodies is AUD6,330.

They are very efficient and prompt in their response and replies.

I am currently writing everything on my migration application in my blog
http://my-migration2australia.blogspot.com/

Feel free to drop by. I have included links there that could be helpful for your migration info.

1st Contact (http://www.1stcontact.co.uk) are supposed to be good too.
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.
