Hi,

I have a Tier 1 General visa (not Dependent) which I am planning to extend on Feb 18 2013. I am getting married on Feb 5th 2013. I am NOT applying for a dependent visa for my spouse. But I guess in my visa form I need to mention that I am Married (or is this not required?). What documents do I need to submit in this case?

Yes, If you are married by the date you apply your extension, And unless you apply for your dependent you do no need to provide documentation for your marriage.

So, if I understand correctly, I need to just indicate the Marital Status as Married without providing any documentation to prove the same. Do let me know
