New Licence for small company

Can anyone inform , currently which date of licence is processing by Home office.
we still didn't get anything. please inform early. thanks.

Send the documents again certified and along with covering letter stating clearly the reason, should be fine

Do I need to send the four certified documents (with covering letter as you mentioned) along with the original submission sheet again?

Also we finished our online application on 24th Oct 2012 and today is the 14th day?

Is that fine, if they receive the application by tomorrow(15th day after online application done)?

you know what i mean?

any one knows.......

As per Sponsor guidance,

40. You must send the original documents or certified copies. A certified copy is one that
includes a signed statement, either by the issuing authority or by a practicing solicitor or
notary………………

and also

We call these people ‘key personnel’ and there are four key roles:
a) authorising officer;
b) key contact;
c) level 1 user; and
d) level 2 user.

Bit confused who is issuing authority? They mean authorising officer????

Applied in August would be approved by January I guess. Ask for urgent treatment.

Take a look at new Visa application form from 1st of October 2012. If you go to the last page where you tick boxes of documents that you are including with your application, there you will see about 28 Days.

In the previous Visa Application from 1st of April 2012 it wasn't there and now they included it. I am pretty sure they included it because of their huge backlog in giving away license.

So technically you can stay another 28 days. Its just personal opinion and what I would have done if I were you.

Problems get sorted if you share.

Please do not leave country. Get the T2 visa. I pray you get it.

It is a bit confusing as in the new application form (effective from 1 Oct 2012) it reads: (In Section-4 Supporting Documents)

"Evidence of exceptional circumstances which prevented you from submitting your application within 28 days of overstaying"

Does this mean they consider applications even after crossing the 28 day overstay limit!

Hi all. My case was not treated as an urgent case as I did not have a visa and am applying from out of country.

We applied on 20th of April and we haven't heard anything from them yet. My visa expires in 4 weeks

Looks like they've added 178 sponsors to the list (at least) in the last 10 days. Does anyone know what application dates they are considering?? May was the last confirmed acceptance of an application. Anyone else heard anything?? My new sponsor applied 27 July!!!

They are processing end of May applications.

I can't see the updated list! I see the 16-Nov-2012 and No. of sponsors: 25,787. I wonder how could you see a different list from me!?

Yeah Its quite unbelievable.

Its employers pressure on them. I think they are managing backlog quite well. From next year employer would get T2 Licesne in 2 months.

thank you. we applied 24th of april. we didnt ask urgent request. last tuesday they send a mail that they want some of certified document from us. we post on friday. & today got licence. 3 un-restricted COS.
