ILR Set 0 long residence on the ukba system

Hi,

I have posted my application on 2nd OCT, acknowledgement letter still not arrived, have already sent a follow up to liverpool to ask for a copy, as i will need this to show to my current employer.

I have called the 0870 number to ukba today, they said they couldnt find my case on the system yet, I just wonder is it the case that it will be only on the system when they start sending biometric enrolment letter?

If its not on the system, how can my employer use the employer checking service to prove my case is submitted.
