Drawing attention of case worker to evidence documents

Post by busa » Sun Aug 15, 2004 6:39 am

In some sections of the form there are option yes / no, but you need to attach evidence or mention a note.

 Section 8: Do you speak English? Please tick one [Yes/No]
 Section 9: Do you hold the necessary relevant qualifications and/or memberships to work in your chosen field (in the UK)?

How do you draw attention of the case worker to look at the specific attached document/note ?

busa,
what I did and I believe most of the mates here did the same is to attach a covering letter on the top of your documents. In the letter explain everything you feel needs explanation.
Something useful you can do is to separate evidences for each section and if some of the section evidences requires more explanation then put a sheet of paper attached to that section explaining broadly what is the case.
Hope this helps
Cheers
