hi,
i read about entery clearance visa, just having blow questions:-

1) after getting entery clearance visa, the applicant & partner did not get a job to meet 16000 GBP annual financial requirment for further extension of entery clearence/leave to remain visa after compeletion of 33 months, Question: can applicant & partner work overseas and then return back before 33 months expire in order to extend their visa?

2) will the overseas income (salary) will be considered when making extension application after 33 months?

3) will the overseas income (rent of property) will be considered when making extension application after 33 months?

4) will cash saving in UK bank will be consider when making extension application after 33 months?

What category of visa are you referring to? If it's for settlement the maintenance requirement has to be met beforehand rather than after entry.
