Hi everyone just a bit uncertain here , I called UKBA after I recently requested my documents back and a lady told me that nothing has been send yet and the caseworking team is working on it . My query is what's the duties of this team and what Di u think is happening now ? When I called the lady paused for some seconds then told me that , so am just curious . Does this team have anything ti do with decision making ?j
