Tier 1 extension forgot to put photographs ..help please

Hi My husband applied for tier1 extension yesterday and forgot to put photographs in..We are in panic mode now..
I have called ukba ..they said need to wait untill case handler send email or letter.
I have posted photographs with special delivery today including note with explaination and photocopies of passport and tier 1 visa...not sure they will be able to tag it with application..
now we are waiting for acknowledgement so will send another copies of photos with reference number...
so frustarating...Please help and advice....

haaa photographs, guess what? I forgot to put my passport in my application once , I did the same as you I wrote a cover letter providing details of my application send earlier and attached photocopies receipt of Demand Drafts(payment) I sent.

because what I figured out there are two departments all the application goes through, 1 department check your payments and they approve the payment gone through then they assign officer to look through application, hence the reason I attached my payment details to let my passport forward it to the officer handling my case.

In your case it shouldn't be that complex anyway they will contact you to send photos.

I hope it will sortout ...what are the chances of rejection of applictaion without contacting? I hope they should not...its big money man...

it should be fine, I guess posting photo in advance could save some of the time if it reaches in right hands, rather then waiting for them to ask you to send photos, but any which it should be fine, nothing will happen.

Just one story which always makes me laugh:
I know one case where one guy forgot to see his expiry and he contacted a solicitor for helping him to send application at the same day, when his visa was expiring, what solicitor did is first shouted on him badly and second he send an application with passport, form and cover letter apologizing for not attaching supporting documents and he will send you the supporting document soonest possible, luckily he got through his visa extension.

I am telling you this story to make you feel better but there is no way I am suggesting people to be lousy, one should always do their application carefully and get it check with someone who already did similar sort of visa for clarification.
