Updated FLR(HSMP) guidance notes, but now broken form link

Looks like HO put an updated version of the guidance notes for FLR(HSMP) dated 26 Jan.

However, they screwed up the link for the actual FLR form which instead points to the HSMP application!

I can't believe how flaky the HO site is.

Anyhow, does anyone have a copy of the most recent version of the FLR(HSMP) form they could send?

Also, can anyone spot changes between the new and the old guidance notes?

you want the pre Jan26 one, or something more recent (assuming its correct of course since links are dodgy). If you want preJan26 - PM your email.

kawasaki1 - the link is working again. Still hunting through the fine print for any significant changes. Will let you know if I find anything worth mentioning.
