Status of online appointment booking

Hi,

Yesterday, I have tried to book online appointment and entered the details after the selecting a slot(after a long time). When I click submit, page came with an error "cannot be displayed" after sometime. Also I haven't got any mail as well.

Just wanted to know the status of booking. Please share the email id or contact number to confirm with UKBA.
